Andrew will again host a series of three cooking classes in collaboration with the Eastwood Cooking School, with dates from February to May next year. The first class on the 17th of February titled ‘Brilliant BBQ’s’ will showcase some superb BBQ dishes that are easily adopted at home and will incorporate some of the best Tuckeroo products and flavours. It will be a fabulous way to spice up the next barbie at your place, and take home some tips from a top chef.
The second class on the 11th of April will be a nod to the change of season, with Andrew demonstrating some wonderful Autumn specialties using Australian ingredients. This class will be great for those who would like to learn more about these fabulous Australian native foods and how to incorporate them into the family menu.
The final class will be in May, when Seafood and Fish will be the focus of the class. Andrew will aim to show clients some of his most simple and elegant recipes with seafood, and impart special tips on how to cook the perfect fish.
