An evening with Thermomix and Andrew

Come and see internationally acclaimed chef, Andrew Fielke, in partnership with Thermomix for one night only at the Campbelltown Function Centre, 172 Montacute Road, Rostrevor.

Andrew will be making an array of dishes for tasting, including: Orange, Mango and Lemon Myrtle Sorbet, Barley and Beetroot Risotto, Prawn Bisque, Delicious Salad Dressings, a Lemon and Chive Beurre Blanc Sauce with Steamed Fish, Chocolate Lollipops and a delectable Lemon Curd with infused Native Spices.

    Oooh oooh oooh… I love the look of your menu for the evening event. All sounds so good. Wish I could be there to sample the Mango & Lemon Myrtle Sorbet!

    Discovered lots of beautiful flavours last night at your Cooking Class – what a fantastic resource you are! Great to watch you work your magic with your Thermomix. Christmas dinner menu at my house has just entered the stratosphere!!
