Restaurant’s, but now
works as a consulting/guest chef, regularly invited
all over the world for
events such Food & Wine Media Lunches in
New York to a Golf Day
with Greg Norman in Los Angeles to
“Australian Wine Week”
in Germany or an Australian BBQ in Mexico City.
He also consults to
wine companies, government departments and
event managers and
develops new commercial food products.
