A talented, award winning Adelaide Chef and Restaurateur with 30 years international experience including Switzerland, Austria and London’s Savoy Hotel. His passion in Australia’s overlooked native food resources since 1985 led him to pioneering ‘Creative Native Australian Cuisine’.
Andrew founded the successful and internationally renown Red Ochre Restaurant’s, but now works as a consulting/guest chef, regularly invited all over the world for events such Food & Wine Media Lunches in New York to a Golf Day with Greg Norman in Los Angeles to ‘Australian Wine Week’ in Germany or an Australian BBQ in Mexico City.
He also consults to wine companies, government departments and event managers and develops new commercial food products.
As a TV Chef, he has presented numerous Australian Food & Wine segments on the ABC’s Asia Pacific Satellite Channel and Foxtel.
